Refund policy
1. What should I do if the received products do not conform to my order?
In the event of non-conformity of the products received (the product delivered does not correspond to the product ordered, the product is damaged, etc.), you can have the product replaced, repaired or refunded.

If the return is validated by customer service, you must return the products under the conditions detailed in section 3 below.
We will refund the invoiced amount or repair or replace the product as soon as possible and, in any event, within thirty (30) days of your request, provided that we have received the returned products, complete and in their original condition.
2. How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?
You have a right of withdrawal for any purchase of products from our website, for exchange or not, and without penalty, for a period of fourteen (14) days from delivery of the order, without having to justify your decision.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by means of an unambiguous written statement (by post or e-mail) or by using the standard withdrawal form in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
You must return the product(s) to us within the shortest possible time, and in any event within fourteen (14) days of notification of your decision to withdraw.
Product return conditions are detailed in section 3 below.
We will refund the invoiced amount as soon as possible and, in any event, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned products, complete and in their original condition.
3. How do I return products?
Products must be returned to us in their entirety, in perfect condition and in their original packaging (unsealed cellophane packaging).
For reasons of hygiene or health, the right of withdrawal will not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery.
No product can be returned if it has been opened. Any product returned incomplete, damaged or in any way other than in its original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

You are responsible for shipping the product. We advise you to return products duly protected and by registered parcel with acknowledgement of receipt.
